NOVELTY - The method involves alternating stacking of low-density graphene films and separators after graphitization. The temperature of graphene film and separator is controlled. The pressure is applied perpendicular to the graphene film and separator. The graphene film densification process is completed by programmed temperature and programmed pressure. A high-density smooth graphene film is obtained. The clapboard material comprises carbon steel, alloy steel graphite ceramic and glass. USE - Preparation method of high density smooth graphene heat conducting film of heat conducting and radiating material used in electronic device thermal management system. ADVANTAGE - The method can efficiently and quickly prepare the graphene film with high density, smooth surface and high plane thermal conductivity. The graphene heat conducting film inner sheet layer is more tightly jointed, so as to obtain high heat conductivity at the same time, and eliminate the apparent defect. The good appearance and uniformity of the heat-conducting film is enhanced. The method eliminates the defect of existing fluffy graphene film in the calendering and densifying process.
