NOVELTY - Graphene inorganic coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. inorganic resin, 0.05-1 pts. wt. graphene modified anti-formaldehyde additive, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. multifunctional additive, 10-40 pts. wt. deionized water, 5-8 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.05-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-1 pts. wt. rheology additive, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. thickening auxiliary agent, 30-50 pts. wt. pigment and filler and 10-20 pts. wt. pearl powder paste. USE - Used as graphene inorganic coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has pearlescent effect; avoids the problem of insufficient formaldehyde-removing effect, problem of unstable performance and easy fading, and problems of insufficient adhesion and weak environmental protection effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene inorganic coating, comprising (i) taking components, and then mixing the inorganic resin, adding part of the deionized water into the paint mixing tank, adding dispersant, graphene modified anti-formaldehyde additives, pigment and filler, rotating and dispersing at high speed of 1200-1500 revolutions/minutes for 50-60 minutes, and where the test fineness is not greater than 30 microns, (ii) reducing the speed to 500-800 revolutions/minutes, adding defoamer, rheology additive, polymer emulsion and multifunctional additives, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and where the test pH value is not less than 9, and (iii) reducing the rotation speed to 200-300 revolutions/minutes, adding pearl powder slurry and stirring for 10-15 minutes, measuring the initial viscosity based on the initial viscosity, using thickening auxiliary agent to adjust the viscosity to 25degrees Celsius through the Stormer viscosity count value within 85-95 KU to obtain graphene inorganic coating with pearlescent effect.
