NOVELTY - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding coating, involves performing environmental analysis and choosing resin, performing graphene surface modification, designing graphene conductive shield structure and shield coating formulation, dispersing shielding coating, carrying out surface treatment and spraying coating on the substrate and applying assessment tests and production process test. The shield coating formulation contains graphene, surface modifier, aqueous coating, liquid silicone, resin, polyethylene wax emulsion, conductive carbon black and wetting agent composition. USE - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding coating applied for weapon and domestic electric product. ADVANTAGE - The coating provides electromagnetic protection to the weapon and light weight is achieved. The electromagnetic radiation of domestic electric products is reduced. The shield coating formulation comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. surface modifier, 1-3 pts. wt. aqueous coating, 5-8 pts. wt. liquid silicone, 12-15 pts. wt. resin, 6-9 pts. wt. polyethylene wax emulsion, 7-12 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 10-12 pts. wt. linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. lacquer thinner, 6-9 pts. wt. polymerized rosin, 5-8 pts. wt. alignment agent, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 2-4 pts. wt. wetting agent composition.
