▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for cleaning graphene surface by carbon nanomaterial, involves (i) providing a carbon nanomaterial, (ii) contacting the carbon nanomaterial with graphene surface, (iii) applying pressure on the graphene surface in contact with the carbon nanomaterial, and (iv) separating the carbon nanomaterial from the graphene after applying pressure, where the carbon nanomaterial is a carbon nanowall or a carbon nanowall composite. USE - The method is useful for cleaning graphene surface for preparing a clean graphene useful in a transparent conductive film, a transparent electrode, a high frequency electronic device, a light emitting device, a photovoltaic device, a photodetector device, an electro-optic modulation device, a heat sink device, or a hydrophobic device package (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to implement, has excellent cleaning effect on graphene on various substrates, and realizes and expands high-end applications of graphene.
