▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified epoxy resin material involves adding graphene to a nitric acid/sulfuric acid solution with a volume ratio of 1:3, ultrasonically dispersing and refluxing at 70-80 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain carboxylated graphene, and then adjusting the silane coupling agent to acidity. The absolute ethanol, and carboxylated graphene are added to ultrasonic dispersion at 55-60 degrees C for 6 hours, and then washed with acetone to obtain graphene grafted silane coupling agent. The carboxylated graphene, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and ethanol are added to the container for 30 minutes, and then mixed with epoxy resin at 70-80 degrees C to get graphene doped epoxy resin. The graphene-doped epoxy resin is transferred to a stirred tank with inorganic nano fillers. The graphene grafted silane coupling agent and curing agent are stirred uniformly to perform vacuum degassing treatment to obtain the graphene modified epoxy resin material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-modified epoxy resin material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene-modified epoxy resin material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with improved structural stability, high temperature, and effectively improved bonding strength and heat stability.
