▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation of polypropylene-based thermally conductive composite material, involves (1) modifying the polydopamine layer on the surface of the polypropylene to obtain polydopamine-modified polypropylene, (2) adding zero-dimensional and two-dimensional nanomaterials to organic solvents, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersions, (3) adding polydopamine-modified polypropylene to the dispersion liquid for mixing, and drying to obtain a zero-dimensional and two-dimensional nanomaterial-coated polypropylene with a core-shell structure, (4) hot-press molding the polypropylene coated with the zero-dimensional and two-dimensional nanomaterials with a core-shell structure. USE - Preparation of polypropylene-based thermally conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method obtains a polypropylene-based composite material with high thermal conductivity through a simple hot pressing process through a zero-dimensional and two-dimensional nano material encapsulating polypropylene particles modified on the surface of polydopamine.
