NOVELTY - Modified spherical carbon particle material comprises 100 pts. wt. spherical material carbon particle weight, 35-55 pts. wt. water-soluble macromolecule containing conjugated structure and 1.5-12 pts. wt. pH regulator. USE - Used as modified spherical carbon particle. ADVANTAGE - The material can improve the dispersibility and conductivity of graphene in the graphene-based water-based conductive ink and increase the solid content of the ink to more than 13%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the modified spherical carbon particle material comprising (a) mixing the spherical carbon particle and water-soluble polymer containing conjugated structure to react to obtain the mixed slurry under the sealed condition, and 70-90 degrees C and (b) adding a predetermined weight ratio of pH regulator to the mixed slurry to obtain the alkaline modified spherical carbon particle material; (2) a graphene-based aqueous conductive ink containing modified spherical carbon particle material comprising 100 pts. wt. modified spherical carbon particle material, 50-500 pts. wt. graphene, 100-600 pts. wt. aqueous resin emulsion and 0.3-30 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; (3) preparing graphene-based aqueous conductive ink containing modified spherical carbon particle material; and (4) a conductive coating prepared by the graphene-based aqueous conductive ink containing modified spherical carbon particle material, where the volume resistivity is less than or equal to 0.15 ohm.cm.
