NOVELTY - The method involves providing a graphene oxide dispersion and flexible substrate, oxide graphene dispersion. An electric deposition unit is fixed on surface of the flexible substrate. A graphene oxide layer is formed on surface of the flexible substrate. A silane modified graphene oxide layer is formed on the flexible substrate to obtain a modified reduction-oxidation graphene layer. Two ends of the modified reduction-oxidation graphene layer are fixed on a lead that is connected with the flexible substrate. USE - Flexible pressure sensor preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple process, high measuring range, low density and high mechanical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a flexible pressure sensor.
