NOVELTY - Preparing honeycomb sandwich composite material involves (a) preparing nano-graphene wave absorbing material, dispersant, acetone diluent and bismaleimide resin into uniform immersion liquid (I), (b) slowly pouring immersion liquid (I) containing absorber into immersion tank, cutting, immersing, pre-curing and curing and forming, (c) preparing nano-ferrite absorbing material, dispersant, acetone diluent and bismaleimide resin into uniform immersion liquid (II), (d) slowly pouring immersion liquid (II) containing absorber into dipping tank, cutting and processing, putting in dipping tank to fully immerse, drying, pre-curing, and curing and molding, (e) adhering rectangular cross-section honeycomb core (A) and trapezoidal cross-section honeycomb (B) two together with adhesive film to obtain composite honeycomb core, and (f) bonding the upper panel on upper surface of composite honeycomb core, bonding lower panel on lower surface of composite honeycomb core, solidifying and cooling. USE - Method useful for preparing honeycomb sandwich composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the absorbing frequency bandwidth of the entire honeycomb sandwich composite material and enhances the electromagnetic wave absorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing honeycomb sandwich composite material involves (a) preparing nano-graphene wave absorbing material, dispersant, acetone diluent and bismaleimide resin into a uniform immersion liquid (I), (b) pouring immersion liquid containing absorber slowly into immersion tank, cutting to obtain a rectangular cross-section honeycomb core, putting the rectangular cross-section honeycomb core in the dipping tank, fully immersing, drying at room temperature, pre-curing and curing and forming so that the surface of the rectangular cross-section honeycomb core (A) is wrapped with a resin coating containing graphene absorbers, (c) preparing nano-ferrite absorbing material, dispersant, acetone diluent and bismaleimide resin into a uniform immersion liquid (II), (d) slowly pouring the immersion (II) liquid containing the absorber into the dipping tank, cutting and processing the second honeycomb core with trapezoidal cross section, putting the trapezoidal cross-section honeycomb core (B) in the dipping tank to fully immerse, drying at room temperature, pre-curing, and curing and molding to cover so that the trapezoidal cross-section honeycomb core (B) surface with a resin coating containing a ferrite absorber, (e) adhering the rectangular cross-section honeycomb core (A) and the trapezoidal cross-section honeycomb (B) two together with an adhesive film to obtain a composite honeycomb core, and (f) bonding the upper panel on the upper surface of the composite honeycomb core, bonding the lower panel on the lower surface of the composite honeycomb core, solidifying and cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
