▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves providing thin film as two-dimensional film such as single-molecule atom-film film e.g. a graphene film in graphene liquid cell. The support is provided. Two-dimensional thin film such as graphene film is prepared. The thin film is arranged on the support with a liquid. Several thin film liquid cells containing an amount of the liquid are formed. The liquid is provided with a luminescent substance such as fluorescent dye. USE - Method for fabricating thin film liquid cell such as graphene liquid cell e.g. graphene film-based water-containing liquid cell for thin film liquid cell specimen such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM) grid (calimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene is a thermal and electrical conductor, so that beam-induced damage is prevented by facilitating fast energy dissipation. The reliable adhesion of graphene to the film is achieved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for determining volume of thin film liquid cell; and (2) system for studying thin film liquid cell. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows an explanatory view illustrating the comparison of loop-assisted preparation of graphene liquid cells, preparing bottom film graphene supported by a porous polystyrene film on a TEM grid and fabricating graphene-water-graphene stack for the formation of liquid cells.
