▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of porous graphene-based air purification filter core comprises adding foaming agent to polypropylene resin, mixing, electrospinning to obtain polypropylene fiber, calcining at 300-450 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain porous carbon fiber, mixing porous carbon fiber, soluble metal salt, silane coupling agent and organic titanate in solvent to obtain mixed system, adding inorganic acid to adjust the pH value to acidic, ultrasonically treating for 15-30 minutes, sealing, reacting at 80-120 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain modified porous carbon fiber, mixing graphene oxide and metal oxyacid salt in aqueous solution, adding melamine, sealing, reacting at 80-150 degrees C for 3-8 hours to obtain mixed system and reacting in microwave for 1-15 minutes to obtain porous modified graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing porous graphene-based air purification filter core. ADVANTAGE - The product can absorb harmful gas in the air and in situ catalyze the harmful gas at adsorption point; and has high catalytic efficiency and high removal rate.
