▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves detecting a graphene film of reference sample with a substrate surface, and irradiating infrared laser at different wavelengths with adjustable power. Terahertz wave is passed through a reference sample according to detection result to calculate electrical conductivity and absorption coefficient of the graphene film coated with protein. Electrical conductivity and absorption coefficient waveform graph are analyzed, and doping effect of protein and characteristic spectrum parameter are detected. USE - Method for detecting a protein molecule on a graphene film based on a terahertz wave. ADVANTAGE - The method enables analyzing conductivity and absorption coefficient waveform graph and determining doping effect and characteristic spectrum parameter of the protein. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a system for detecting a protein molecule on a graphene film based on a terahertz wave. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for detecting a protein molecule on a graphene film based on a terahertz wave.
