NOVELTY - A sandwich structure ceramic oxide/graphene pigment filler comprises ceramic oxide for modifying and coating double exposed surface of graphene. USE - Sandwich structure ceramic oxide/graphene pigment filler used in anti-corrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, anti-fouling, waterproof, oil-proof, anti-static and high-temperature resistant performance. The filler is stable, environmentally-friendly, has excellent repeatability and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Preparation of sandwich structure ceramic oxide/graphene pigment filler which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water, configuring 0.001-1 g/mL graphene oxide turbidity, adjusting pH value of turbid liquid to 4-6, adding cationic surfactant, uniformly stirring, adding ceramic oxide precursor, adjusting pH value to 7-14, stirring for 0.5-48 hours to obtain graphene oxide/ceramic oxide precursor compound, placing sandwich structure graphene oxide/ceramic oxide precursor compound into reaction kettle, reacting at 120-220 degrees C for 1-48 hours, cooling to room temperature after reaction is completed to obtain graphene oxide/ceramic oxide composite, transferring graphene oxide/oxide composite into container, adding hydrazine hydrate, carrying out reduction reaction at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-48 hours, cooling to room temperature after the reaction is completed, washing and freeze drying; and (2) application of sandwich structure ceramic oxide/graphene pigment filler for preparation of anti-corrosive coating which involves adding sandwich structure ceramic oxide/graphene pigment filler into organic solvent (preferably xylene) in the mass ratio of 1:5-20, adding epoxy E44 or epoxy E51 as polymer and additive, uniformly mixing, standing and coating the mixture on aluminum, copper or iron as metal substrate. The mass ratio of polymer and pigment filler is 10:0.01-0.5 or 100:1.
