▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO) involves heating aqueous mixture of graphene oxide and glycine under non-corrosive conditions, adjusting pH to 6-9, preferably 8, aging for 0.5-2 hours, preferably 1 hour at room temperature, heating at 70-100 degrees C, preferably 95 degrees C for 6-16 hours, preferably 12 hours, centrifuging resulting black suspension and repeatedly washing with deionized water to remove any residual precursors, and drying resulting sample under vacuum at 50-70 degrees C for 8-16 hours, preferably 60 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - Preparation of nitrogen doped reduced graphene oxide used for electrochemical energy storage such as battery, supercapacitor (all claimed) and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures greener wet synthesis of nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO), is economical, and produces environmentally-friendly electrolytic components. The process is carried out using greener reducing agents under mold conditions. The nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide produces high performance supercapacitor with long cyclability and high energy density.
