NOVELTY - Preparing graphene powder comprises choosing raw material PI film, carbonize sintering PI film to obtain glassy PI film, cooling the glassy PI film, grinding into initial powder, where the grain size of the powder particles in the initial powder is 2 nm to 10 mu m, filtering the initial powder to obtain powder particles having particle size of 2-15 nm powder, sintering the separated graphite powder, cooling after finishing the sintering to obtain finished graphene powder, where the grain size of the powder particles of the product graphene powder is less than 10 nm. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, easy to operate and suitable for industrial production.
