▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal-loaded nickel-manganese spinel nanosphere aerogel comprises (1) dispersing nickel salts, manganese salts, silica nanoparticles, urea and polyvinylpyrrolidone in solvent, performing the reflux reaction, drying and calcination in sequence, and adding the calcined product to the sodium carbonate solution to react to obtain nickel-manganese spinel nanospheres, and (2) loading gold nanoparticles on nickel-manganese spinel nanospheres, mixing with graphene oxide, adding poly(oxypropylene) diamine, performing water bath reaction, and performing freeze-drying to obtain metal-supported nickel-manganese spinel nanosphere aerogel. USE - The aerogel is useful in degrading toluene or preparing toluene degradable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: overcomes the defects of traditional methods for treating toluene gas comprising adsorption method, combustion method, photocatalytic degradation method and biodegradation method; can achieve degradation of toluene at low temperature by thermocatalytic technology; has products which are harmless water and carbon dioxide, which greatly reduces the treatment cost and energy consumption; and is also very friendly to the natural environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: metal-loaded nickel-manganese spinel nanosphere aerogel prepared by the method; and degrading toluene at low temperature, comprising placing metal-loaded nickel-manganese spinel nanosphere aerogel in environment containing toluene, and completing the degradation of toluene at 100-170℃.
