▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The optical sensor comprises a substrate (10), which is provided with a topological insulator layer (20). An oxide layer (25) is formed on the topological insulator layer. A graphene layer is stacked on the oxide layer. A dielectric layer covers the graphene layer. An unit-cell array has a slit pattern having a cross shape, X shape, and I shape. Multiple electrodes (60,80) are provided at the ends of the graphene layer. The dielectric layer is an ion gel layer (50) having the ion gel. USE - Optical sensor for detecting the target object in an infrared (IR) region. ADVANTAGE - The electrodes are provided at the ends of the graphene layer, and hence enhances the sensor responsivity in an IR region, optical efficiency, and reaction wavelength selectivity.
