▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The glucose sensor has noble metal-graphene composites and electrode to which glucose oxidase or glucose dehydrogenase and noble metal-graphene composites are fixed. The noble metal can be platinum, gold or palladium. The weight ratio of noble metal to the graphene is 0.05 to 0.20. 5. The composite is manufactured by heat-treating precursor powder of graphene oxide-noble metal obtained by droplet spraying dispersion solution containing the graphene oxide and the noble metal and drying the sprayed droplet, under the inert gas atmosphere at 700 to 900 degrees Celsius. USE - Glucose sensor for measuring glucose level. ADVANTAGE - Glucose sensor is provided with noble metal-graphene composites having high sensitivity and significantly excellent current flow as compared to titanium dioxide-graphene composites. Noble metal-graphene composite manufactured by aerosol spray pyrolysis serves as improved glucose sensor having desirable sensitivity, stability, reproducibility and selectivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view illustrating the formation of noble metal-graphene composite from the droplet by the aerosol spray pyrolysis of noble metal precursor and graphene oxide.
