▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Electromagnetic shielding fiber material is claimed. The preparation of the material comprises adding graphene to the Mxene centrifugal liquid, stirring, adding acrylic monomer and initiator, copolymerizing, adding polyvinyl alcohol and wet spinning to obtain the product. USE - Used as electromagnetic shielding fiber material. ADVANTAGE - The method: realizes the uniform dispersion of graphene and Mxene in the polymer matrix and has good poor spinnability. The material has good electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fiber material comprising (a) adding titanium-aluminum-carbon (Ti3AlC2) to the etchant to etch, filtering by suction, washing with water, placing the obtained multi-layer expanded Mxene in a dispersion liquid containing polyvinyl alcohol, ultrasonically stripping to obtain the Mxene dispersion liquid, centrifuging to obtain the supernatant, (b) adding graphene to the Mxene centrifugal liquid, stirring, adding acrylic monomer and initiator, copolymerizing to obtain a graphene/Mxene mixed dispersion, where the mass ratio of graphene to Mxene is 1:1-5:1, acrylic monomer accounts for 60-90% of the total mass of graphene and Mxene, and initiator accounts for 2-10% and (c) adding polyvinyl alcohol to the graphene/Mxene mixed dispersion, wet-spinning the obtained ternary spinning solution to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol-based electromagnetic shielding fiber material, where the graphite and Mxene accounts for 2.5-5% of the mass of polyvinyl alcohol.
