▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding graphene to an alcohol solvent in a certain proportion, under the action of ultrasonic vibration at room temperature to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene. The magnesium alloy metal particle powder is added to the dispersion to obtain a mixed solution of magnesium metal powder and graphene through low-temperature segmented water bath heating and magnetic stirring. The mixed solution is subjected to pre-orientation treatment by vacuum filtration according to the graphene sheet orientation and extrusion direction. The resulting muddy block is placed in an extrusion die and vacuum-dried to obtain pre-oriented graphene reinforced magnesium-based composite powder. The pre-oriented graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite powder is put into a heat treatment furnace along with the extrusion die and is heated at a set temperature for a period of time and then hot press. USE - Method for preparing aligned graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composites with orientation arrangement graphene used in automobile and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The reinforced magnesium-based composite material has light weight, high strength, high heat characteristics, and simple operation, environment-friendly, and improved heat-conducting and mechanical property. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the aligned graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composites. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
