▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A surface-treated graphene is obtained by adhering aromatic amine compound (I) or its neutralized salt with graphene. USE - Surface-treated graphene is used for manufacturing dispersion liquid for forming composite particles for electrode paste (all claimed) for manufacturing lithium-ion battery for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The surface-treated graphene has excellent dispersibility, electroconductivity, oxidation resistance and electrochemical stability, and can be manufactured by effectively suppressing aggregation of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A surface-treated graphene is obtained by adhering aromatic amine compound of formula (I) or its neutralized salt with graphene. A=benzene-based aryl with condensation number of 1-4, which does not contain phenolic hydroxy; R1=direct bond, 1-12C divalent hydrocarbyl or 1-12C divalent organic group having structure chosen from ether bond, ester bond, alcohol structure and carbonyl structure; R2,R3=H, 1-12C hydrocarbyl or 1-12C organic group having structure chosen from ether bond, ester bond, alcohol structure and carbonyl structure;and n=1-6. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) dispersion liquid, which is obtained by dispersing the surface-treated graphene in an organic solvent; (2) composite particles, which are formed by mixing surface-treated graphene and an electrode active material particles; (3) electrode paste, which comprises the surface-treated graphene, electrode active material particles and a binder; (4) manufacture of surface-treated graphene, which involves mixing graphene oxide and compound (I), and carrying out reduction-processing of graphene oxide; and (5) manufacture of dispersion liquid, which involves mixing graphene oxide and compound (I), and carrying out reduction-processing of graphene oxide, dispersing in a solvent, and substituting solvent with organic solvent.
