▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a carbon solvent layer with an upper surface that is provided with a temporary base material. A carbon source module is provided with graphene carbon that is formed with an upper part of the solvent layer. A graphene-containing layer is provided with a first surface and a second surface and formed with the solvent layer. An upper substrate is formed with an adhesive layer that is formed with the second surface of the graphene-containing layer. The first surface of the graphene-containing layer is formed with holes. USE - Magnetic memory unit manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving density of a magnetic memory unit in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a magnetic memory unit. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a magnetic memory unit.
