NOVELTY - The jacket has a coat main body (1) comprising a detachable connection of an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer and the inner layer are formed with a heating bag. The heating bag is formed with an inner surface of the outer layer. An inner surface of the heating bag is provided with a graphene sheet. An electric interface of the graphene sheet is fixed with the bag body of the heating bag. An outer surface of the outer layer is provided with a battery bag (5). A power wire is connected with a controller. The controller controls an electrifying and power-down of the graphene sheet. USE - Heating temperature controlled down jacket.
