NOVELTY - Graphene-polyvinyl hybrid material comprises graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol obtained by reacting. The preparation of the material comprises dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in de-ionized water, dispersing the graphite oxide in deionized water, to obtain dispersed graphene oxide solution, mixing the two aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, washing filter cake with ethanol, drying the filter cake, grinding and storing in a dryer. USE - Used as graphene-polyvinyl hybrid material. ADVANTAGE - The material has rich source; is economical; has mutual blocking effect of the graphenepolyvinyl alcohol to inhibit agglomeration of each other; produces TPU matrix generating synergistic enhancement; and has high mechanical property and thermal property. The method: is simple and easy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-polyvinyl hybrid material comprises graphene oxide and polyvinyl alcohol obtained by reacting, where the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and oxidized graphene is 1:1. The preparation of the material comprises dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in de-ionized water at 90 degrees C, dispersing the graphite oxide in deionized water under strong ultrasonic condition, to obtain dispersed graphene oxide solution, mixing the two aqueous solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, filtering the system, washing the filter cake with ethanol to remove residual polyvinyl alcohol, drying the filter cake and grinding to obtain graphene-polyvinyl hybrid material and storing in a dryer.
