NOVELTY - A flexible ceramic fiber-based composite thermoelectric film is a flexible film formed by wrapping strontium titanate-based fibers with reduced graphene oxide. USE - The flexible ceramic fiber-based composite thermoelectric film is useful for thermoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The flexible ceramic fiber-based composite thermoelectric film: has excellent thermal stability, air stability, and flexibility; can work stably at high temperature; and is easy to process into thermoelectric device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the flexible ceramic fiber-based composite thermoelectric film, which involves (1) taking raw materials containing polyvinylpyrrolidone, a titanium source and a strontium source by sol-gel method to prepare a spinning solution, electrospinning to obtain a precursor gel fiber film, vacuum drying, and calcining to obtain a strontium titanate-based thermoelectric ceramic fiber film, and (2) mixing the strontium titanate-based ceramic fiber film and graphene oxide, vacuum filtering, and reducing; and (2) use of the flexible ceramic fiber-based composite thermoelectric film.
