NOVELTY - Preparing solar battery back board comprises using the graphene based filler and resin slice, uniformly mixing, orderly carrying out mixing, extruding, shaping and biaxially stretching to obtain the solar battery back board; the surface of the solar battery back board processing out of low temperature plasma, by coating of the solar cell back plate to coat the surface, drying and curing to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing solar battery back board comprises (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solar battery back board compared with the same type according to the biggest difference is that through the graphene modified PET slice, which meets the solar cell back plate PET substrate, has the thermal stability on from root, self-cleaning performance, anti-aging properties, gas/water barrier property, and UV resistance.
