▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an anode i.e. graphite anode, provided with a graphene thin film, a metal grid and an electric conduction macromolecule layer. A cathode i.e. graphite cathode, absorbs a surface modified layer of the graphene thin film. The surface modified layer is formed by ammonia radical compound, tetrabutylammonium hydroxide (N(C4H9)4OH), cesium carbonate (Cs2CO3), potassium carbonate (K2CO3) and polyethylene glycol. The ammonia radical compound is formed by four-(dimethylamino) ethylene, ethoxylated and branched polyethylene imine. USE - Graphene electrode organic semiconductor photovoltaic device for a machine such as organic light emitting level tube, organic solar energy battery, organic FET, screen and organic light-emitting electrochemical cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has high flexibility, low manufacturing cost and large scale production rate, and ensures high resistance and better light transmittance effects of graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of a graphene electrode organic semiconductor photovoltaic device.
