▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene aerogel microsphere comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide with water to form a graphene oxide dispersion, and then mixing alkaline substance with graphene oxide dispersion, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a graphene oxide liquid crystal solution; (ii) adding graphene oxide liquid crystal solution to the calcium chloride solution to obtain graphene oxide microsphere; (iii) mixing graphene oxide microsphere with a reducing agent solution, and reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 5-20 hours to obtain graphene wet gel; and (iv) washing the graphene wet gel, freezing, thawing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene aerogel microsphere. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene aerogel microsphere, which has a shell structure and has a porous structure inside the shell layer, and has a thermal conductivity of 0.02-0.05 W/(m.k) (claimed); and is suitable for large scale production.
