NOVELTY - Composite plant fiber filled polypropylene composite material comprises 42-64 wt.% copolymerization polypropylene, 6-18 wt.% homopolymer polypropylene, 5-18 wt.% plant powder, 0-5 wt.% inorganic mineral filler, 1-5 wt.% elastomer, 0.8-0.2 wt.% compatibilizer, 3-0.6 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-0.3 wt.% antioxidant, 10-28 wt.% polyester resin, 0.01-0.03 wt.% epoxy resin and 0.03-0.08 wt.% graphene. USE - Used as composite plant fiber filled polypropylene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite plant fiber filled polypropylene composite material, comprising (1) adding plant powder and 1-3 wt.% ethanol solution containing coupling agent into high-speed mixer, mixing, gradually adding 1 wt.% epoxy resin and 3 wt.% graphene solution, continuously stirring at 85 degrees C for 30 minutes and drying to obtain the graphene coated plant powder filler, where the graphene-coated plant powder filler particle diameter is 15-110 microns, (2) coating the graphene plant powder filler and polyester resin, melting and mixing, dissolving the blend by dimethylformamide solvent, spinning and drying to obtain a composite fiber, grinding the composite fiber by in a ball mill to manufacture the composite plant fiber powder, where the length range of the composite plant fiber powder is 22-285 micron, the length-diameter ratio is 130:1-240:1, (3) mixing raw material with the inorganic mineral filler, adding inorganic mineral filler, polypropylene, elastomer and 1-3 wt.% ethanol solution containing coupling agent in the highspeed mixer, mixing at 50-70 degrees C for 3-8 minutes, when there is no inorganic mineral filler in the raw material, the polypropylene and the elastomer are mixed in a high-speed mixer at a temperature of 50-70 degrees C for 3-8 minutes and (4) placing material obtained in step (2) and (3), compatibilizer and antioxidant into a double screw extruder, extruding by melting and pelleting.
