USE - The functional filler is useful for aqueous wind turbine blades anti-icing coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-icing coating: has excellent surface hydrophobic effect, at same time of actively preventing the adhesion of ice layer, and excellent corrosion resistance; and is simple to prepare, solvent content is small, and meets discharge requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Aqueous wind turbine blades anti-icing coating, comprising first component and second component; first component includes water, aqueous hydroxyacrylic dispersion, coalescent, aqueous dispersant, aqueous defoamer, modified bentonite, titanium dioxide, filler, modified silica matting powder, aqueous polyurethane dispersion and functional filler; second component includes aqueous isocyanate curing agent and propylene glycol diacetate. Preparing aqueous wind turbine blades anti-icing coating, comprising mixing and dispersing water, part of the aqueous hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion, coalescent, aqueous dispersant and aqueous defoamer; adding modified bentonite and continuously dispersing evenly; adding the remaining aqueous hydroxyacrylic acid dispersion, titanium dioxide, filler and modified silica matting powder, stirring and dispersing; adding aqueous polyurethane dispersion and functional filler, and dispersing evenly to obtain first component; uniformly dispersing the aqueous isocyanate curing agent and propylene glycol diacetate to obtain the second component.
