▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nitrogen dioxide gas detection sensor comprises board, graphene sheet positioned on the substrate, and zinc oxide nanosheet doped on the graphene sheet. USE - Used as a nitrogen dioxide gas detection sensor. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen dioxide gas detection sensor: detects nitrogen dioxide gas within 150 seconds and detects nitrogen dioxide gas at 20-35 degrees C; is capable of detecting nitrogen dioxide gas at 0.001-1000 ppm; and has high sensitivity; and is stable in atmospheric and harsh environments and economical. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) manufacturing nitrogen dioxide gas detection sensor comprising preparing zinc oxide nanosheet, and doping the zinc oxide nanosheet on the graphene sheet; and (2) nitrogen dioxide gas detection system comprising nitrogen dioxide gas detection sensor, chamber, control and recording devices, flow control device, and gas supply.
