NOVELTY - A breathable antistatic foam material is prepared by taking 100-200 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. glyceryl monostearate, 3-8 pts. wt. talc, 3-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant particle, 3-5 pts. wt. foaming agent and 1-3 pts. wt. nucleating agent, adding low density polyethylene, glyceryl monostearate, talc, antistatic agent, flame-retardant particles and nucleating agent into mixer, banburying at 130-150 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixed material, continuously banburying mixed material and foaming agent to 100-110 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, adding in mold at 180-190 degrees C at pressure of 1.5-2 MPa, keeping temperature for 10-15 minutes to obtain pre-product, adding into foaming mold, and foaming to 80-100 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. USE - Breathable antistatic foam material. ADVANTAGE - The product uses antistatic agent that can increase volume conductivity of foam plastic, conducts static electricity accumulated in foam out in time, achieves effect of anti-static, and creates coke layer on surface of material when flame retardant particles burn. The coke layer can insulate oxygen, heat insulation and make flame extinguish. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing breathable antistatic foam material.
