NOVELTY - The furnace has a furnace body (1), a control unit, a nitrogen supply device, a vacuumizing device and heating device. The control unit is used for controlling operation of the nitriding furnace. A rotary powder cylinder is arranged in the furnace body. The furnace body orderly comprises a metal shell layer, a cooling circulating water layer and a composite material inner layer from outside to inside. The composite material inner layer from inside to outside in turn comprises graphene coating layer, a resin glass fiber and a fluorine rubber layer. USE - Vacuum rotary nitriding furnace special for rare earth nitride used in field of automobile, aerospace and national economy and science and technology fields. ADVANTAGE - The inner wall of the nitriding furnace is made of composite material, can provide a certain toughness, can bear enough large gas pressure in the cavity, ensure the nit riding diffusion rate, improve nit ridding pressure, and graphene kinds of identity, which can reduce the nit-riding temperature difference. In the vacuum exhaust state, the inner wall is concave lens shape under the action of double negative pressure, which improves the exhaust efficiency and quality.
