▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene dispersion comprises 1-20 wt.% graphene, 80-99 wt.% solvent, and 0.01-1 wt.% dispersant. USE - The graphene dispersion is useful for modified polyester resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene dispersion liquid: directly uses polyester resin synthetic raw material polyol and water as solvent; has high solid content; can realize uniform dispersion of graphene in the polyester resin synthesis stage. The modified polyester resin: has high gloss, excellent mechanical performance, excellent weather resistance property; and improves corrosion resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene dispersion liquid comprising (i) taking graphene and dispersant, firstly adding solvent in a dispersing tank, where the mass ratio of the solvent and the graphene is 10-15:1, adjusting the shearing dispersion machine rotating speed to 800-1000 revolutions/minute, adding dispersant into the dispersing tank to dissolve, then adding graphene and stirring uniformly until dispersion, adjusting the dispersion machine rotating speed to 1200-2000 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 1-3 hours to obtain the suspension of graphene, (ii) transferring the graphene suspension to an ultrasonic container for ultrasonic treatment, ensuring ultrasonic frequency of 19-21 kHz, and ultrasonic time of 10-30 minutes, (iii) centrifuging the graphene suspension after ultrasonic treatment, removing the supernatant, taking the lower slurry-shaped substance (the graphene of the dispersed 3-10 layer, and solid content of 30-90 wt.%), then mixing with the solvent for 10-15 times to perform ultrasonic treatment, repeating the step 2-3 times after the centrifugal treatment to obtain the slurry-shaped substance (fully exfoliated graphene of the dispersed 3-10 layer, and solid content of 40-80 wt.%) for solid content calibration, and adding solvent and dispersant to form the mixture of 1-20 wt.% graphene, 80-99 wt.% solvent, 0.01-1 wt.% dispersant, stirring and mixing for 10-20 minutes and uniformly dispersing.
