NOVELTY - Manufacturing reduced graphene oxide by electrochemical reduction, comprises (i) creating an electrode by coating graphite oxide or graphene oxide on a support, (ii) forming a working electrode (10) by installing multiple electrodes parallelly, (iii) configuring the working electrode, a reference electrode (20) and a counter electrode (30) as a three electrode cell and filling an electrolyte, and (iv) applying voltage of -0.7 to -1 V compared to the reference electrode (silver/silver chloride). USE - The method is useful for manufacturing reduced graphene oxide by electrochemical reduction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method manufactures the reduced graphene oxide with less defects in an easy manner, and is economical and environmentally friendly.
