NOVELTY - Reinforced type graphene modified polyvinylidene difluoride hollow fiber membrane comprises 10-35 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride, 0.02-1 wt.% graphene, 0.5-5 wt.% graphite powder, 0.2-0.5 wt.% composite coupling agent, 2-28 wt.% hydrophilic agent, 35-70 wt.% solvent and 5-25 wt.% pore forming agent. USE - Used as reinforced type graphene modified polyvinylidene difluoride hollow fiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The hollow fiber membrane has functions of catalysis, improves tensile strength of hollow fiber membrane, and will not break wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for reinforced type graphene modified polyvinylidene difluoride hollow fiber membrane comprising pre-mixing 0.02-1 wt.% graphene and 0.5-5 wt.% graphite powder, drying in microwave, then adding 0.2-0.5 wt.% composite coupling agent and 10-35 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride at high-speed, mixing ingredients, then adding 2-28 wt.% hydrophilic agent, 5-25 wt.% pore forming agent and 35-70 wt.% solvent, again mixing into film making material, filtering membrane material into spinneret for defoaming, control degassing temperature at 120-150 degrees C, then pressurizing hollow fiber membrane composite die and hooking mesh tube composite, and then separating and stereotyping coagulation tank, completing hook and loop network to strengthen tube to obtain final product.
