▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three dimensional graphene cross-linked conductive cloth composite material is a sandwich structure, where the bottom layer is a conductive cloth, and the middle layer is an electromagnetic shielding layer. The outer layer is a thin corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant protective layer. The electromagnetic shielding layer is cross-linked by multi-walled carbon nanotubes through iron nanoparticles loaded on a thin layer of graphene to form a 3D graphene structure. The electromagnetic shielding layer is prepared by using the hydrothermal reaction of ferric acetate, using catalytic chemical deposition method to grow the cross-linked multi-walled carbon nanotube structure, and then using nitrogen doping treatment to improve the conductivity to obtain uniform slurry by ultrasound. USE - Method for preparing three dimensional graphene cross-linked conductive cloth composite material is applied to electromagnetic shielding in the fields of heat dissipation of electronic products and electromagnetic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three dimensional graphene cross-linked conductive cloth composite material has high temperature resistance of 150 degrees C, corrosion resistance, flexibility and high electromagnetic shielding efficiency, high thermal conductivity and other properties.
