NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene involves adding carbon alloy to etching solution, uniformly mixing, etching the mixture, and removing carbonaceous alloy element and other non-carbon material. The etching solution contains hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and/or nitric acid. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene, which is useful in steel industry. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene with high yield, quality and efficiency.
