NOVELTY - Composite anti-corrosion material containing modified graphene oxide comprises 4-5 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 40-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 60-70 pts. wt. curing agent, 0-10 pts. wt. dispersant, 0-10 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0-10 pts. wt. defoamer, 0-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate and 0-10 pts. wt. modified zinc phosphate, where the epoxy resin comprises bisphenol A type epoxy resin, bisphenol F type epoxy resin and/or aliphatic epoxy resin, the curing agent is a phenalkamine curing agent, and the modified graphene oxide is the graphene modified by oxidation treatment and surface functionalization. USE - The composite anti-corrosion material containing modified graphene oxide is useful in a graphene anticorrosive paint for preventing metal corrosion. ADVANTAGE - The composite anti-corrosion material has excellent compatibility and dispersibility. The method is simple, maximally ensures the graphene oxide without defect, fully exerts the synergistic effect of the filler containing modified graphene oxide composite anticorrosive material, and the material is suitable for mass production, the cost is low, the service life is long, and it does not need to repeatedly maintain. The graphene oxide obtained by oxidation treatment has obvious chemical inertness, due to the characteristic of high air tightness and excellent barrier property of oxygen diffusion, it can provide oxidation resistance on the metal base material. It has high specific surface area and non-polar carbon structure. It belongs to hydrophobic material and has excellent inoxidizability.
