NOVELTY - A graphene/DNA/silver nanocomposite iodide ion detection method involves modifying graphene/DNA/silver nanometre composite material to obtain modified glassy carbon electrode as working electrode, selecting saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, adding 0.1 mol/l phosphate buffered saline solution as supporting electrolyte, adding iodine ion, detecting by differential pulse voltammetry, drawing response current value line corresponding to different iodide concentration, calculating the concentration of iodine ion to-be-detected according to obtained linear relationship. USE - Method for detecting graphene/DNA/silver nanocomposite iodide ion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting graphene/DNA/silver nanocomposite iodide ion in an effective manner.
