NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional graphene polyamide fine denier, involves mixing multifunctional graphene polyamide masterbatch with polyamide 6 chips, and then melt extruding to obtain a melt, and further spinning, cooling, oiling, stretching, and winding the melt into filaments. The oiling uses modified crude oil, and the modified crude oil is prepared by mixing ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate and reacting at 50-65℃, then reacting oleic acid and an acidic catalyst at 150-170℃ to obtain a dendritic polymer. The crude oil and dendritic polymer are mixed in a ratio of 1:(0.2- 0.5) to obtain modified crude oil. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional graphene polyamide fine denier. ADVANTAGE - The method improves oiling amount and oiling uniformity by modifying crude oil, and reduces fiber wool, and also ensures the uniformity of the raw material, improves the spinnability of the tow, and endows fine denier with better mechanical properties by controlling the ratio of multifunctional graphene polyamide masterbatch and polyamide 6 chips in raw materials.
