NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional graphene polyamide fine denier, involves mixing multifunctional graphene polyamide masterbatch with polyamide 6 chips, and then melt extruding to obtain a melt, and further spinning, cooling, oiling, stretching, and winding the melt into filaments. The oiling uses modified crude oil, and the modified crude oil is prepared by mixing ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate and reacting at 50-65℃, then reacting oleic acid and an acidic catalyst at 150-170℃ to obtain a dendritic polymer. The crude oil and dendritic polymer are mixed in a ratio of 1:(0.2- 0.5) to obtain modified crude oil. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional graphene polyamide fine denier.
