NOVELTY - A graphene and/or carbon nanotube coated diamond composite material comprises deposited in situ growth of graphene and/or carbon nanotubes on diamond surface. The graphene and/or carbon nanotubes are perpendicular to surface of diamond catalyst layer, thus forming a sheet of graphene or carbon nanotubes array. USE - Graphene and/or carbon nanotube coated diamond composite material used as reinforcement and matrix composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves wettability of diamond particle and polymer substrate or metal substrate, increases contact area of metal substrate, and ensures high heat-conducting property and excellent mechanical and thermal performance of substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing graphene and/or carbon nanotube coated diamond composite material.
