NOVELTY - Special cable comprises a conductor wire and outer covering material including a silicone rubber outer sheath layer (1), a flexible rubber sleeve (2) and a silicone rubber inner sheath layer. The flexible rubber sleeve is located between the silicone rubber outer sheath layer and the silicone rubber inner sheath layer (3) and a graphene filling layer (4) is filled between the conductor wires (5). The material of the flexible rubber sleeve comprises 8-14 pts. wt. modified zeolite,8-12 pts. wt. mineral oil,1-3 pts. wt. tetrachloroethylene, 1-5 pts. wt. white carbon black, 0.3-1 pts. wt. glass beads, 0.5-2 pts. wt. trimethylsiloxane, 30-45 pts. wt. natural rubber,6-10 pts. wt. cis-butadiene rubber, 1-5 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid and 2-6 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - The special cable is useful for bending torsion resistant mechanical arm (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cable ensures that the flexible rubber sleeve has better mechanical properties and low temperature resistance; greatly improves the ductility and bending resistance of the cable sheath and can bend smoothly at low temperatures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing special cable comprising (a)drawing the conductor wire to the required diameter, twisting into a single body, (b) coating a graphene filling layer outside the monomer to obtain a semi-finished product and (c) plastic covering the outer surface of the semi-finished product in sequence with a silicone rubber inner sheath layer, a flexible rubber sleeve and a silicone rubber outer sheath layer to obtain the product.
