NOVELTY - Preparing molybdenum dioxide/graphene-type carbon nitride composite photocatalytic material, comprises (i) adding graphite-type carbon nitride and ammonium chloride to deionized water, stirring at room temperature, and ultrasonically dispersing, (ii) charging the mixed solution obtained in the step (i) into a reaction vessel, reacting in a reaction chamber at 180 degrees C for 12 hours, and washing and drying to obtain a precipitate, (iii) thermally stripping the product of the step (ii) to obtain graphene-type carbon nitride, (iv) adding molybdenum dioxide nanosheet and graphene-type carbon nitride to ethylene glycol, stirring and sonicating, (v) transferring the mixture obtained in the step (iv) to the reaction vessel and heat preserving in an oven at 160-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours, and (vi) washing and drying by centrifugation to obtain a gray sample i.e. molybdenum dioxide/graphene-type carbon nitride composite photocatalytic material. USE - The method is useful for preparing molybdenum dioxide/graphene-type carbon nitride composite photocatalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes cheap raw materials, simple process flow, mild reaction conditions and use value in sewage treatment, is green and environmentally friendly, and reduces product cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing molybdenum dioxide/graphene-type carbon nitride composite photocatalytic material, comprises (i) adding graphite-type carbon nitride and ammonium chloride to deionized water, stirring at room temperature, and ultrasonically dispersing, (ii) charging the mixed solution obtained in the step (i) into a reaction vessel, reacting in a reaction chamber at 180 degrees C for 12 hours, and washing and drying to obtain a precipitate, (iii) thermally stripping the product of the step (ii) to obtain graphene-type carbon nitride, (iv) adding molybdenum dioxide nanosheet and graphene-type carbon nitride to ethylene glycol, stirring and sonicating, (v) transferring the mixture obtained in the step (iv) to the reaction vessel and heat preserving in an oven at 160-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours, and (vi) washing and drying by centrifugation to obtain a gray sample i.e. molybdenum dioxide/graphene-type carbon nitride composite photocatalytic material. The composite photocatalytic material is made of graphene-type carbon nitride and molybdenum dioxide at a mass ratio of 1:0.005-1:0.05.
