NOVELTY - Foam base substrate comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyethylene or polypropylene or polyolefin, 1-10 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotubes, 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. rare earth, 1-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-10 pts. wt. foaming agent, 2-20 pts. wt. sensitizer and 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The surface of the foam substrate is provided with patterns, and the pattern size is 0.5-3 mm. The pattern gap is 0.1-3 mm, and the pattern protrusion height is 0.1-2 mm. USE - The substrate is useful for anti-millimeter wave radar camouflage net (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate avoids the absorption and shielding effect of millimeter wave radar in high frequency band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing foam base material, comprising (i) adding the ingredients of the foam material into the mixer, uniformly mixing and stirring, (ii) feeding mixture into the extruder and extruding into flakes, (iii) carrying out irradiation treatment at room temperature, (iv) performing high temperature foaming treatment at 250-280degrees Celsius, and(v) pressing small rice grain patterns on one side or both sides of the foamed sheet.
