NOVELTY - The preparation of reduced graphene/indium phosphide composite nano material, involves using graphene and indium salt as raw material in alkaline environment, adding phosphorus-containing substance in PTFE liner, reacting at 140-200 degrees C for 8-16 hours, cooling, washing, and drying. The addition amounts of graphene oxide, indium salt and phosphorus-containing substances are 5-10 mg, 0.25-1 mmol and 0.2-0.6 g. USE - Preparation of reduced graphene/indium phosphide composite nano material used for lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of reduced graphene/indium phosphide composite nano material with high application prospect and strong reproducibility at low cost by simple process.
