NOVELTY - Preparation of graphite oxide load base magnetic adsorption/photo-catalyst comprises preparing iron/gold core-shell nano-granule by mixing ascorbic acid, ferric nitrate and chloroauric acid, drying; preparing oxidized graphite alkene by mixing sulfuric acid, potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide and graphite, adding sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide, drying; and dissolving graphene oxide in ethanol, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide solution and adenosine 5'-triphosphate solution, mixing with iron/gold core-shell nano-granule, and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphite oxide load base magnetic adsorption/photo-catalyst used for removing 4-nonylphenol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has more than 93% degradation rate, and effective absorption efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphite oxide load base magnetic adsorption/photo-catalyst comprises: (A) preparing iron/gold core-shell nano-granule by taking 15-25 mL 0.075-0.125 M ascorbic acid solution, adding 3-5 mL 0.075-0.0125 M ferric nitrate, reacting for 15-25 minutes, regulating pH to 3.8-4.2, adding 3-5 mL 0.075-0.0125 M chloroauric acid solution, reacting for 1-2 hours under nitrogen environment, separating product by magnet, washing using water, vacuum-drying at 20-25 degrees C; (B) preparing oxidized graphite alkene by mixing 20-30 mL 95-98% concentrated sulfuric acid, 3-6 g potassium persulfate solid, 3-6 g phosphorus pentoxide and 3-6 g graphite in long neck bottle, heating to 70-80 degrees C, maintaining for 6-7 hours, cooling to 20-25 degrees C, adding 1-1.5 L super-pure water to dilute, standing for 12-13 hours, filtering, washing using pure water, adding 200-250 mL 95-98% concentrated sulfuric acid solution at less than 0 degrees C, adding 25-35 g potassium permanganate, heating to 30-40 degrees C, maintaining for 20-30 minutes, stirring for 3-4 hours, diluting with 450-500 mL super-pure water, stirring for 2-3 hours, adding 1.5-2 L pure water to dilute, adding 30-50 mL 25-30% hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring until the color of solution changes from brown to golden yellow, filtering, washing with 0.075-0.125 M hydrochloric acid and pure water for 3 times, carrying out centrifugal sedimentation and drying; and (C) dissolving 1-2 mg/ml graphene oxide in ethanol, ultrasonic stirring for 2 hours, adding 0.15-0.25 M 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide solution, standing, mixing with adenosine 5'-triphosphate solution at volume ratio of 1:1, mixing with iron/gold core-shell nano-granule, standing for 2-3 hours, ultrasonic mixing to form homogeneous solution, standing for 12-13 hours, and drying to obtain low core-shell nano-granule.
