▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Multilayered flexible package comprises at least one polymeric coating comprising dispersion of antioxidant particles, where the antioxidant particles in capsules have volume mean diameter of 0.1-10 mu m and core-shell structure comprises a core of antioxidant with reduction potential of 0.1-0.5 V, and polymeric shell covering at least 70%, preferably 100% core. USE - The package is useful in packaging systems for food, cosmetic, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The package avoids the loss of materials properties due to oxidation-related degradation, deteriorates the oxidation process for perishable goods and foods affecting their quality and safety, preferably nutritional and sensory quality of foods, inhibits the oxidation reactions and subsequent production of free radicals, prevents the antioxidants degradation, improves the protection and integration of active materials in final configuration, increases the control of their functional activity, without need for further protective elements, and increases the control and homogeneity of dispersion with consequent performance improvement.
