NOVELTY - A sulfonated graphene reinforced-rubber material comprises toluene diisocyanate, graphene oxide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, tris(nonylphenyl)phosphite, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, styrene, potassium persulfate, lanthanum chloride, EDTA, carbon fiber, 20-25% aqueous ammonia, natural rubber, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, oxidized polyethylene wax, hexafluoroacetylacetone, polytetramethylene ether glycol, sodium fluorosilicate, dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride, sulfur, nickelous N,N-dibutyldithiocarbamate and 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl. USE - Sulfonated graphene reinforced-rubber material is useful for coating printing rubber roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated graphene reinforced-rubber material is simple and economical to prepare, and has excellent ink resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfonated graphene reinforced-rubber material comprises 1-2 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 6-7 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 10-12 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride, 7-9 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 30-40 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. lanthanum chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. EDTA, 1.7-2 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 50-67 pts. wt. 20-25% aqueous ammonia, 100-130 pts. wt. natural rubber, 1-2 pts. wt. 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-3 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 0.7-1 pt. wt. hexafluoroacetylacetone, 2-3 pts. wt. polytetramethylene ether glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium fluorosilicate, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride, 0.8-1 pt. wt. sulfur, 1-2 pts. wt. nickelous N,N-dibutyldithiocarbamate, 1-2 pts. wt. 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl and 11-16 pts. wt. sepiolite powder.
