NOVELTY - Composite graphene aerogel etching device comprises an etching device, the etching device is sequentially arranged with the composite graphene aerogel bin according to the composite graphene aerogel etching production process, flattening shaft, composite graphene aerogel film, steering shaft, etching groove, rolling shaft, guide shaft, dilution tank, neutralization tank, air dryer, quality inspector, output shaft, polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel bin. The composite graphene aerogel bin is arranged outside the etching device. The flattening shaft is arranged at a position corresponding to the composite graphene aerogel bin in the etching device. The composite graphene aerogel film is arranged in the etching device and above the flattening shaft. The steering shaft is arranged beside the flattening shaft. The etching liquid tank is arranged beside the steering shaft. The rolling shaft is arranged in the etching groove. The guide shaft is arranged beside the etching groove. USE - Used as composite graphene aerogel etching device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite graphene aerogel etching production process, comprising (i) debugging the etching device, installing the composite graphene aerogel chamber outside the etching device; (ii) sending the composite graphene aerogel film into the etching device by flattening the shaft; (iii) flattening the composite graphene aerogel film to prevent the aerogel film from curling by the flattening axis; (iv) sending the composite graphene aerogel film into the etching bath by the steering shaft; (v) removing the diatom template skeleton in the composite graphene aerogel to become polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film by the etching solution; (vi) making the rolling shaft rolls the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel in the etching tank to speed up the removal of the diatom template in the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel; (vii) making the guide shaft leads the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film etched in the etching tank to the dilution tank; (viii) diluting the etching solution in the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film etched in the etching tank by the dilution tank; (ix) neutralizing the residual etching solution in the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film diluted by the dilution tank by the neutralization tank; (x) air drying the residual diluent in the neutralized polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film by the air dryer; (xi) inspecting the quality of polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film by quality inspector; (xii) transporting the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film out of the etching device by output shaft; and (xiii) making the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel chamber rolls up the polyethylene terephthalate graphene aerogel film outside the etching device.
